Prices below are per night and include a fabulous breakfast. For longer stays, weekly discounts or more information on any of the rooms please contact us. We do not offer family rooms but have ‘The Top Floor’ which is suitable for families.

The Top Floor - £180- 220 (depending on number of guests)
For those with families, or larger groups, we can offer up the top floor at a discounted rate. This includes the Rapunzel, and a further twin room (as pictured above - for one or two people). We are flexible, we can also offer an additional single room for an additional charge
Room 3: Rapunzel - £140
Named “Rapunzel” because of the small balcony, this room has spectacular view of the Firth of Forth.
On the second floor. Set up either as a king or a twin, it has a private bathroom (down the corridor).
